  • I want to order a custom amount of favours that are not available on your online store, is this possible?"
    If you wish to order a custom number of items i.e. 130 or 225, please email us or call us and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
  • Do you fill the favours with sweets, water, dates etc. or only provide empty favours?"
    Yes, we do offer the service of providing filled favours that are all ready to serve to your guests. We have a range of sweets, dates and chocolates to fill the favours. For further details, please email info@theshaadipeople.com or call us on 01274 442 542. ​
  • Are all the favour boxes flat-packed?
    Yes, our favour boxes come flat-packed by default. They can be easily assembled by you without the need for adhesives.
  • I can’t find a wedding favour that has caught my eye, can you help?"
    Yes, we are able to help with any queries you have. If you tell us what your wedding theme or colour scheme is, we can liaise with our suppliers to see if we can can find alternative products that are more suited to your requirements.
  • What are your delivery times and what happens once I have placed an order?
    Please visit our dedicated 'Deliveries & Returns' page for all information regarding delivery times and how the order process works.
  • What is your minimum order quantity?
    Our minimum order quantity on most of our wedding favours is 50 pieces. Certain wedding favours have a minimum order of 100 pieces. Please contact us via email or call us if you cannot find a minimum order quantity for your chosen wedding favour.
